The OpportunityThis is a career-defining role for an experienced tax professional who is ready to step into partnership within a defined timeframe. You will work closely with current partners, lead complex client engagements, and contribute strategically to the firm’s growth and direction.
Key RolesProvide advanced tax advisory services, including:Corporate tax structuring and restructuringInternational and cross-border tax mattersCGT, Div 7A, and trust structuringOversee and review high-level compliance engagementsBusiness Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationshipsIdentify and drive business development opportunitiesMentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staffContribute to firm strategy, systems,
and service offeringsMaintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes
About YouCA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practiceDemonstrated high-level tax technical expertise (essential)Proven ability to handle complex advisory work independentlyStrong commercial acumen and client relationship skillsLeadership experience with a passion for mentoring othersAmbition to step into equity partnershipExperience with SME clients and corporate groups highly regarded
