The Federal Hotel in Kalgoorlie is looking for a Hotel manager. As Hotel Manager you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team and guests staying in the Hotel. The Federal Hotel is the place to enjoy a cold beer after a day's work.

Candidate Profile

- Display management experience and take ownership of Operations;

- Build a strong team in a fast-paced environment;

- Manage budgets, Rostering & timesheet approvals

- Demonstrate an understanding of hotel accommodation;





- Available to work a range of shifts;

- Manage up to 70 rooms across multiple locations;

- Ability to prioritize and multitask;

- Knowledge of hotel accommodation businesses with strong systems and processes

- Understanding of Preno and online booking systems
