Responsibilities

- Greeting and serving customers upon entering the store

- Managing customer enquiries and sales via phone and in person

- Estimating and providing quotes based on customer requirements

- Conducting in home measurements and design consultations

- Booking and coordinating client installation dates

- Attending interstate training where required

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in gas/wood appliance and/or air-conditioning retail

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills





- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a rapid-paced environment

- Customer-focussed, and self-motivated attitude

- High level of computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems
