THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Cablebolt Operator (Sandvik DS422i) for ongoing FIFO opportunities across WA underground operations. You will safely operate a mechanised cabebolting rig to drill and install cablebolts as ground support in underground mines.

ROSTER & PAY

2:2 FIFO ex Perth

$110 Flat rate Casual + Super on all hours

ABN Rates available

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

• Minimum 2 years underground mining experience

• Proven experience operating Sandvik DS422i





• Strong understanding of underground ground support installation

• Knowledge of underground mining systems and safe work practices

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• Ability to pass PEM + DAS

• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Mechanical aptitude or background

KEY TASKS

• Drill and install cablebolts as per work plan

• Operate cabebolting equipment safely and in line with procedures

• Conduct work to a high standard and report quality issues

• Daily communication with site representatives

• Maintain clean work areas and follow all HSES requirements
