Bolts Nuts Screws, a leading provider of fastening solutions, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to join its dynamic team in Coomera, Queensland. This full-time role is based at the Gold Coast City Marina and offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous Experience in the fastener Industry is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to queries and addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
- Assist with the processing and management of incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management tasks
- Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, secure and organised
- Support the wider team with various administrative and operational duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in the fastener industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- A valid forklift licence would be highly regarded but not a deal breaker.
