Total Safety & Tools is a leading provider of quality tools and fire protection services in Port Hedland.

We are looking for a multi-skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a casual basis, working 40+ hours per week, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time position. Flexible days and roster options are available.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and helpful customer service

- Assist customers with tools, equipment and product selection

- Process sales through POS

- Receive, unpack and put away incoming stock

- Replenish stock and maintain product displays

- Keep the shop, shopfront and yard clean and well presented

- Assist with fire equipment servicing

- General day-to-day duties as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous retail or sales experience

- Good customer service and communication skills

- Reliable,



organised and willing to learn

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

- Basic computer skills

- Physically capable of handling stock and general manual duties

- An interest or experience in tools, equipment or trades would be advantageous

- Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
