About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across the floor, events, and gaming at Pepe’s on the Beach. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with KPIs tied to service standards, event execution, and operational performance, including responsible gaming oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Lead, support, and mentor the FOH team during service periods

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering events as part of role KPIs

- Support the management and operation of the gaming room in line with compliance

- Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally

- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance development

- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies

About You:

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a similar venue

- Experience supporting or managing events within a hospitality setting





- Confident leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting

- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on, proactive approach to service and operations

- Current RSA and RCG certification
