BOSS Engineering is on the lookout for a hands-on, mechanically minded team player to join our BOSS Automotive crew in Toowoomba.
About the Role
This full-time role involves assembling and fitting BOSS Automotive ute trays, toolboxes, trailers, and headboards. You'll also assist with basic auto electrical work, such as wiring looms, switches, and lighting systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assembling trays, components, and accessories to spec
- Fitting ute trays and accessories to vehicles
- Performing basic wiring and electrical installations
- Keeping a protected, clean, and organised workshop
- Taking pride in workmanship and product quality
- Supporting your team and contributing to deadlines

- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on workload
Desirable Extras
- Forklift licence
- Accessory fitting experience highly regarded.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (e.g. job tracking)
