Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Boilermakers, assisting with repairs, maintenance, and fabrication work across a range of industries and sites throughout Geraldton.
Competitive rates will be negotiated for experienced applicants with relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Tradespeople with daily tasks and project work
- Load, unload, and prepare tools, materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organised, and secure work areas
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
About You
- Previous labouring or Trade Assistant experience preferred
- Current manual Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
