Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HSE team at the project site.Support new employee onboarding, including HSE inductions, documentation and compliance records.Maintain accurate HSE documentation, registers, reports and site records.Coordinate and maintain HSE training, induction and competency records.Assist with the preparation and distribution of periodic HSE and incident reports.Support incident, near-miss and hazard reporting processes and maintain relevant records.Assist HSE personnel with audits, inspections, corrective actions and compliance activities.Coordinate HSE meetings, minutes, actions and follow-ups.Maintain document control and ensure HSE records are current and accessible.
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in HSE administration,



safety administration or a similar role.Experience supporting Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams in construction, infrastructure, energy or major projects.Strong experience with onboarding, inductions and HSE documentation.Experience preparing or coordinating incident and periodic HSE reports.Solid document control, record-keeping and administrative skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to work effectively in a site-based FIFO environment on a 14/7 roster.
