About the Role

- Permanent full-time position
- Day shifts only, with no split shifts

As an Café Supervisor, you will:

- Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.
- Meet budget targets and manage tills accurately.
- Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
- Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.

About You
We look for someone who has:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/ management position in a similar fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
- Quick thinking with strong team leadership skills.




- A motivated team player eager to inspire and develop others.
- Ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
