Your current role
As a PKI - Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a major Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program. Working closely with cyber security specialists, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will gather and analyse requirements, design future-state processes, and ensure PKI solutions align with organisational security objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities for PKI initiatives.
- Facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
- Translating security and business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting certificate lifecycle management processes, including issuance, renewal, and revocation workflows.
- Conducting risk assessments and business impact analysis.
- Driving process improvement and ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements.
- Supporting testing activities and ensuring successful solution delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role,



you will bring strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex cyber security, identity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology projects. You'll also need:

- Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate lifecycle management, and identity security concepts.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping, business process improvement, and documentation.
- Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams and translate complex concepts into practical outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk identification and mitigation
