The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Assistant/Warehouse Assistant to join our Bathurst branch. This is a hands-on role primarily focusing on warehouse operations but also customer service, sales support when/where needed
Key Responsibilities/Role description
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service support via phone, email, and in-person
- Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Ability to work positively/affectively in a small hard working team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehouse operations or sales, customer service,
- Experience in one of these areas is sufficient to be considered for this position
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift license (either holding, or willing to obtain)
- Willingness to help in multiple roles where needed
