About The Role
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the guest experience day to day:
- Lead, mentor and develop supervisors and FOH staff
- Uphold high service, atmosphere and product standards
- Manage shift operations and cash control
- Oversee stock control and ordering
- Maintain venue compliance with all regulations
- Drive customer experience, promotions and events
