We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to provide a valuable solution to our customers in WA and NT.
The In Vitro Infection Control Product Portfolio covers CSSD and Endoscopy departments in both public and private healthcare organisations, encompassing both Capital and Consumable offerings. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager and cover Perth, Regional WA and NT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining existing accounts with a high level of customer service and pursuing additional sales opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities
- Prospect new opportunities in the territory to increase market share
- Analyse sales data and accurately maintain territory business plans to identify growth potential
- Provide accurate & timely reporting of all activities
- Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns
- Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner
- Participating in regional and national trade conferences
ABOUT YOU:
A background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control is preferred. As well as this, it is envisioned the successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a sales environment.
- Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence
- A drive to exceed budgets
- Sound time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment
