Torrens Valley Children's Centre is seeking a warm, dedicated and Diploma qualified Educator or equivalent to join the team in Gumeracha, Adelaide Hills. This is a full-time role offering a meaningful opportunity to support children's development in a nurturing, nature-rich setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning space
- Support each child's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Document and reflect on children's progress
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
About you
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) – currently working towards will be considered
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Frameworks and child development
- Warm, respectful and qualified communication style
- Collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and RRHAN-EC
