Qualified search group (PSG) are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support major system transformation and improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation.

The Opportunity

- Salary: $104,243 - $127,078 + 17% superannuation
- Contract: 12-month fixed term (Look to go permanent)
- Location: Perth, WA
- Working arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum 50% in-office attendance per fortnight

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business and functional analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions.
- Develop and coordinate testing strategies,



including User Acceptance Testing.
- Contribute to agile delivery and continuous system improvement.

About You

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business requirements analysis, functional systems analysis and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases and complex enterprise systems .
- Experience in large, complex organisations; higher education experience is highly regarded.
