Qantas is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to drive a major rostering transformation for ground staff at our Mascot Campus. You will configure new workforce planning systems, coach teams, and support implementation across multiple locations.

The role is full time and permanent, located on-site at Mascot, Sydney. You will collaborate with business units to improve workforce efficiency, engagement and operational outcomes, using technology and process redesign to deliver fit-for-purpose
