We are looking for a Business Analyst in Sydney; this will be 6 months contract role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in payment processing, financial transactions, scheme administration, grants, subsidies, rebates, licensing, regulatory services, or customer service programs.
- Robust experience in end-to-end business process analysis, including current state assessment, future state design, and process optimization.
- Experience eliciting and documenting complex business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Strong knowledge of:





- Business Process Modelling
- Process Re-engineering
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Business Rules Analysis
- Data Analysis and Data Mapping
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
