For Purpose Aged Care Australia invites a seasoned Residential Manager to lead a 125-bed Romsey residence with up-to-date technology and a dedicated onsite team.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure resident care meets regulatory standards, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance and IT within a national not-for-profit network.

The role requires at least 3 years in mid-to-large aged care management, strong people leadership, rostering, budgeting, and hands-on computer skills.
