Mercure IT is seeking a diligent Hotel Accountant to support day-to-day operations of the Finance Department across the hotel. You will work across payroll, payables, receivables, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management and compliance while partnering with operational leaders to maximise business performance.
The role involves leading financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and stepping in for the Financial Controller when needed.
