Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role wouldsupport the execution of modifications on the V/Line Fleet.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Read and interpretelectrical schematics to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Engage in a variety oftasks, including assembly, maintenance and fault finding
- Collaborate with supportfunctions to identify and propose suggestions for continuous improvement
- High level communicationsand interpersonal skills
- Apply high level problemsolving skills to address challenges and enhance operations
Your Profile
To beeligible for the role, you should possess the following qualifications andattributes:
- Possess 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideallywithin a manufacturing environment
- Certification or certificate III in Electrotechnology orsimilar.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret technical diagrams anddrawings accurately
- A grade electrician license is mandatory for this role
- High-risk tickets or licenses, such as EWP or working atheights, are advantageous but not mandatory
What’s init for you?
- Morning shift schedule: 11 hours from6am to 5pm, with a rotating roster of 5 days on, 5 days off, followed by 2 dayson, 2 days off
- Casual role duration: 6 to 18 months,providing flexibility and diverse work experience
