Kelly's Bakery in Korumburra, VIC is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our busy café and bakery. This part-time position will see you leading a team of friendly customer service staff, ensuring excellent customer experience and efficient operations.

The 'Roll':

- Leading a fabulous team by your example
- Supervising and scheduling front of house staff to maintain efficient café/bakery operations
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Handling customer queries, feedback and grievances in a qualified and timely manner
- Overseeing cash handling, banking and stock control procedures
- Assisting the management team with staff training, rostering and performance management
- Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations

The 'ingredients' you will bring to our team:

- At least 2 years' experience in a front of house or customer service supervisory role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff and management




- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
- Sound knowledge of cash handling, stock control and basic financial management
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
