We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our Melbourne team. You’ll manage high-value accounts, collaborate with creatives, and drive campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms.
- Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.
- Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.





Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in paid social and an expert on the tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling accounts with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other paid media platforms.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a cooperative remote team.
