Retail Sales Assistant – AU Brisbane (QLD)

Full‑time role located in AU Brisbane (QLD). Store training provided.

Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in‑store and over the phone.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep‑disordered breathing.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options.
- Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs.
- Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy.
- Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space.
- Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels.

Requirements

- Experience in retail or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).




- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Calm, compassionate, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Reliable, honest, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
