Randstad Australia is seeking a reliable Multi-Skilled Plant Operator for our client’s asphalt plant in Victoria. The role combines batching control, heavy machinery operation and basic plant maintenance, with training provided.
You will operate the plant batching systems, feed material with a Front End Loader, and assist with yard duties. Previous asphalt or concrete batching plant experience and valid tickets are highly regarded; early starts and a safety-first mindset are essential.
