The Position:

This is a night shift position, 11:00pm - 7:00am , and is suited to an individual capable of learning and taking ownership of a critical production process, while working effectively within a team workplace. Full training provided through a structured on‑the‑job buddy system

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required for this position.

Pay and Shifts

Hourly rate: $39.00 – $40.50 (inclusive of shift loading)

A higher starting rate may be offered based on relevant trade qualifications and/or experience

Training period:

3 weeks of training and induction onday shift (7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday)

During this period,shift loading does not apply

What you will do:

- Operation and monitoring of large, complex industrial machinery
- Adjusting and maintaining production processes to meet quality standards

What you will bring:

- Strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards
- Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Trade or heavy industrial background advantageous
