MAZI Brighton has a great opportunity for a front of house person to progress their career.

Must be able to work 5 days a week, 9am-3pm including both Saturday and Sunday.

Position is for 30 hours per week.

Typical duties will include:

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.

Providing exceptional service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills .

Ability to stay calm and organised in a quick paced environment

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.

Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.

High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
