The Buttery is seeking an AOD Case Manager to empower individuals on their recovery journey with trauma-informed, person-centred care. You will lead group sessions and provide one-to-one support in psychoeducation, harm minimisation, and relapse prevention, within a psychosocial capacity-building framework.

Role is 23 hours per week, hybrid work between Lismore Byron offices, community outreach, and occasional work from home, with a provided vehicle and a funded term to 30 June 2027.
