Pinnacle Concreting NQ Pty Ltd – Townsville QLD

We are looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Finishers, Steel Fixers, Form Workers and Concrete Labourers to join our team.

This role covers all aspects of civil and commercial concrete work including formwork, steel fixing, pours, finishing, and site prep. We want people who have strong attention to detail, take pride in their work, and can get in and work well with the team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Setting out and preparing formwork
- Placing, levelling, and finishing concrete
- Reading and following plans
- Using tools and equipment safely
- Keeping the worksite clean and protected

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience on construction sites
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Reliable, good work ethic, able to meet timeframes
- Experience in both civil and building concrete works (highly regarded)
