SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

Quallifications & Certifications

- Product training in sports supplements or nutraceuticals(Preferred but not essential)

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

- 1–2 years' experience in retail, customer service, or ahealth-related sales environment preferred
- Previous experience in the supplement, fitness, or wellnessindustry is highly regarded
- Basic understanding of sports nutrition, wellnesssupplements, and fitness-related products
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and generalretail operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with acustomer-first mindset
- Sales-driven approach with the ability to build trust andrapport quickly
- High attention to detail in merchandising, cleanliness, andstore presentation
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping othersachieve their goals
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in allinteractions

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES





Customer Experience

- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, knowledgeable,and consultative approach
- Provide personalised product recommendations based onindividual goals, preferences, and health needs
- Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service andmeaningful in-store interactions
- Maintain strong knowledge of supplement products, includingkey benefits, recommended usage, and general productinformation.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell products to supportcustomer outcomes and drive sales
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store salestargets

Store Operations

- Support stock replenishment, inventory control, andadherence to visual merchandising standards
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems,including EFTPOS and cash handling
- Assist with store opening, closing, and general upkeep toensure a clean and organised environment

Health & Safety

- Comply with all company hygiene, safety, and regulatoryprocedures
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace in line with OH&Sstandards;
