The Role

As our new Trade Counter Sales representative, you'll be the face of our business — helping tradespeople and retail customers find the right products and solutions every day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Face-to-face sales and service to trade and retail customers

Building relationships with a diverse range of plumbers across commercial, domestic and maintenance sectors





Preparing quotes, orders and invoices

Delivering an excellent standard of customer service

Assisting with warehouse packing and unpacking as needed

Participating in ongoing training and personal development

About You

You'll ideally bring experience in plumbing industry sales, a background as a plumber, or solid retail or trade counter experience. Beyond that, we're looking for someone with:

A willingness to build product knowledge

A friendly, team-oriented personality

Drive, integrity and commitment to a long-term career in sales
