Key responsibilities
- Control and operate fixed plant equipment across multiple shifts, ensuring smooth production flow
- Maintain and service machinery in line with site policies to support efficient operations
- Accurately manage control room functions and monitor equipment performance
- Handle materials movement and data entry related to shipments and stock replenishment
- Take part in safety meetings and initiatives to uphold a safety first environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience operating fixed plant equipment in a similar environment
- Valid forklift licence with experience operating counterbalance forklifts
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to site procedures
- Availability across varying shift times, including early mornings and afternoons
- Physical capability to lift up to 15kg regularly
