Our receptionists, nurses, and veterinarians work closely together, supporting one another to deliver outstanding service every day.

About the Role
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- General reception and administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
- Assisting veterinarians and nurses with reception-related tasks.
- Managing payments and client enquiries.
- Performing veterinary receptionist-specific duties while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk.
This is a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist position. While you will work closely with our veterinary nurses and veterinarians, this role is not a pathway into veterinary nursing . We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about client care, reception, and administration, and who is seeking a long-term career in veterinary reception.

- Has a bubbly, friendly, and positive personality.
- Is organised, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team.
- Is reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term role.
- Is willing to learn and continually develop their skills.
- Previous reception, administration, or veterinary experience is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Hours
Part-time or full-time opportunity.
Average 25-30 hours per week.
Monday to Friday availability required.
Rotational roster including early morning and late weekday shifts.
Occasional Saturday work required.
