Are you looking for a casual opportunity in the mining industry? Tomingley Gold Operations is currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Casual Processing Operator to join our Processing Team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, this is a hands-on and varied role where you will provide support across the Processing Department to meet operational requirements. As a casual Processing operator, you will assist with a range of tasks:

- General labourer
- Assist with day-to-day processing plant operations
- Provide relief coverage in the laboratory, including sample preparation and basic laboratory tasks.
- Loading and unloading carbon bags for transport

What you’ll need:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety




- Availability for shifts Monday to Friday 9 hour shifts (as needed)

Please note: We are a residential mine and do not facilitate FIFO or DIDO.

About Us

Tomingley Gold Mine, owned and operated by Alkane Resources Ltd, is located adjacent to the village of Tomingley, 50 kms south of Dubbo in Central NSW. The current workforce consists of approximately 300 permanent employees in qualified, technical, mining, processing and trades roles.

The development of an additional open cut mine and further development to our Underground Operation have commenced.With this exciting expansion, there is an expected mine life beyond 2032.
