RESTAURANT FLOOR SUPERVISOR/ CITY LOCATION

Crossley St Cantina is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our little Spanish tapas restaurant and cocktail bar on Crossley St, in Melbourne CBD.

We are a bar / restaurant serving tapas and delicious drinks.

We aim to create memorable dining experiences through our moody venue, and forward thinking offering of Spanish food and beverage. For this we need an energetic and passionate human to help lead our FOH team.

First of all, a people person!

This role is for someone who wants the guest experience to be fun and outstanding!

Position Requirements:

- - Work alongside and take direction from the Venue/Operations Manager and Owner
- - Lead the floor team in everything service related; you can easily do every section on the floor, including hosting and on the pass, you thrive on interactions with customers, and guiding and inspiring the team
- - Keep up in a fun filled establishment, whilst engaging and building relationships with the clientele
- -Lead from the front; you know how to do every section with ease, you inspire the team to be the best at what they do!




- - Maintain high quality of service and consistency, and support to your team whilst under pressure
- - Knowledge or interest in Gin, Spanish wine, Vermouth and Sherry's is advantageous!
- - Working knowledge of wines & cocktails a must
- - Ensure a positive relationship is maintained between back of house and front of house

You will possess:

- - The ability to inspire and ensure our team are providing memorable experiences for our guests
- - Minimum 2 years supervisor experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- -Demonstrate leadership, time-management and team management capabilities.
- - Professional verbal communication skills and robust eye for detail
- -Impeccable hygiene, grooming and presentation
