Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Forklift & Freight: Safely operate reach forklifts to load/unload freight vehicles, containers, and pallets.
- Inventory & Quality: Conduct quality inspections, report product discrepancies,
and assist with stock counts.
- Assembly & Prep: Complete basic product assembly, prep tasks, and minor repairs using hand tools.
- Operations Support: Support daily priorities with the opportunity to develop leadership skills over time.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Previous warehouse/logistics experience and RF scanner proficiency.
- Licensing: Valid Australian Forklift License (Reach forklift experience highly regarded).
- Skills: Practical mechanical aptitude (using hand tools) and ability to perform manual handling up to 20kg safely.
- Mindset: Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a great team player.
