ONCALL Group Australia is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker for Richmond area, with availability for regular Friday shifts 11am–4pm (3–4 hours). The role focuses on supporting clients at home and in community activities, helping them live independently.

You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering compassionate care, communicating clearly, and adhering to safety and safeguarding standards.
