About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll report to the Cross Dock Coordinator at Archerfield and be responsible for not only operating forklifts to transport goods but also take on key warehouse responsibilities such as managing inventory, receiving and dispatching stocks and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Day Shift (starting around 10am with flexibility due to operational requirements) is available Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday. This is a full-time, immediate start position where you'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

- Pick/Pack/Manual Handling Processes: Repacking/restacking pallets/crates ready for loadout on a daily basis.
- Incident-Free Operations: Work safely with full support from the JDRT team to ensure safe operations.
- Forklift Operation: Safely load, unload and handle various products.
- Paperwork Precision:



Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
- Warehouse: Assist with general warehouse duties, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

About You

- A team player with a passion for incident free operations and excellence in customer service;
- Storeperson, warehousing & manual handling experience;
- Written and basic digital skills e.g. Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer first mindset;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; and
