We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Gladstone Park Centre, in a Permanent Part-Time capacity, working Monday to Friday. Immediate start available!

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing high-quality, engaging educational programs that support each child's individual needs, interests and development
- Using the Inspira Kids curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to plan and implement an engaging and interactive program based on the children's needs
- Documenting the delivery of educational programs, the children's interests and assessments of their learning and development
- Building and maintaining harmonious relationships with children, families and team members
- Mentoring other teachers and educators as part of the leadership team
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all children
- Contributing to a child-safe environment and ensuring all relevant standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis
About You
- Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher or in a similar role
- Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant Government regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about creatinga calm and positive learning environment for our children
