We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to support our accounts, compliance and financial administration functions on a part time basis. This is an key operational role supporting the leadership team and ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently and at a high standard.

About the Role
Based in our Sydney office, you will work closely with management to assist with compliance processes, bookkeeping, financial administration and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining financial systems, company records and operational efficiency across the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records using Xero
Process payroll and assist with staff commission calculations
Oversee AML compliance obligations and maintain regulatory standards
Review BAS submissions and tax returns prepared by external accountants
Prepare and maintain financial reports and management reporting
Coordinate and support integration between Xero and the company CRM system
Support ongoing process improvements and financial administration
Maintain organised company records and documentation systems
Provide accounts and compliance support to the leadership team as required

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts management, accounting support or finance administration
Sound understanding of payroll, BAS and compliance processes
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM integrations or financial systems implementation is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
