St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking Living Support Partners (Personal Care Assistant) to join our caring team in providing direct care and assistance to residents in daily living activities. You'll work as part of a household, supervised, supporting wellbeing and following care plans.

Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care is essential; 6 months+ aged care experience (dementia) and excellent service and communication skills are preferred. NDIS screening is mandatory.
