What you’ll do

- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards
- Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
- Vacuum and tidy rooms
- Refill guest amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
- Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
- Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system

What we require

- At least 3 months’ previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
- Availability to work across a 7‑day rotating roster
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
