We're on the hunt to find a talented Cook to join our Brookvale Truck Bar team on a Casual basis.

Our Roles:

- Food Preparation :Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Kitchen Management :Contribute to the kitchen operations, ensuring organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Quality Control :Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest culinary standards.
- Inventory Management :Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Collaboration :Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Creativity :Contribute to menu development and special offerings, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Safety and Hygiene :Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.

You:

- Proven experience working in, quality, faced paced casual dining kitchens.
- At least 2 years full-time work experience as a CDP is desirable.
- Manage time effectively, have an eye for detail and work well independently.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques,



ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Can-do attitude and positive approach to your work.
