We are currently seeking a Casual Allocations Consultation (with view to transition to Part Time after successfully completing probation) to join our team based in Caboolture. This is a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely staffing support and our workforce is well managed.
The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidence in phone based communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
A Day in the Role
- Serve as the first point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls from clients and candidates
- Build and maintain robust, lasting relationships with clients, candidates, internal teams and stakeholders.
- Place new and existing candidates into suitable work shifts across various healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate records of shift placements and communications.
- Solve complex rostering challenges and provide practical solutions
- Contribute to business growth via reverse marketing and proactive candidate engagement
- Maintain operational administration, including database updates and reporting, monitoring client portals, shared inboxes, and internal systems for new requests.
- Follow process in accordance with compliance, following legal and statutory requirements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by your manager.
About You
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high volume workloads.
- Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
- Flexibility to work shifts between 4:30am – 11:00pm, across a rotating 7 day roster.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
- Confident communicator, with strong customer focused mindset
- Experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare allocations, or rostering.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing or the aged care sector.
- Familiarity with the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast areas.
- Exposure to payroll or admin support tasks.
Required
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
