Silverchain is hiring a Home Care Worker in Newcastle and surrounding suburbs to support older adults at home with daily tasks and personal care. You will contribute to wellbeing by providing companionship, practical help, and transport to activities, while maintaining respectful, person-centred care.

Applicants should have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle; 3–6 months in a similar role is preferred.
