The Role

Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will:





- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Identify and interpret parts requirements
- Provide advice on parts, availability and lead times
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Recommend suitable parts and alternatives
- Follow up orders and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate parts and stock information
- Assist with packing and dispatch when required

About You

You will ideally have experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, particularly within automotive, machinery, motorcycles or a similar industry.

We're looking for:

- Strong spare parts and product knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with customers
- Ability to identify parts and understand product information
- Experience with ordering or inventory systems
- A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
