About the Role:
As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a qualified, welcoming, and seamless experience.
- Greeting customers at reception
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
- Providing professional updates and follow-ups
- Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
- Strong admin and accounts background
- Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented
- Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic
- Confident using computers and business software
- A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy!
