FirstPoint Personnel is assisting a major kitchen retailer with a casual Customer Service Officer role at their Craigieburn facility. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, 37.5 hours per week, onsite with parking.

The role focuses on delivering service excellence, phone handling, data entry, and order processing to support warehouse efficiencies. Relevant candidates will have customer service experience, robust MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the
