We're after a Scheduling Coordinator to run the day to day booking and coordination for our technicians in the field.
What the job actually looks like
Coordinating technician schedules for compliance jobs, most of it built around automated entry notices
Ringing customers directly to book appointments when entry notices aren't available
Keeping jobs moving so they're finished within compliance deadlines
Booking upgrade and inspection work
Checking daily technician runs to keep them efficient
People who pick things up quickly and run with them
People who are solutions focused, if we can help, we will
People who genuinely care about getting it right for the person on the other end of the phone
Solid computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly
What it's actually like working here
It's a growing team, but you'll deal directly with technicians, clients, and management, no layers of bureaucracy in between. The role will grow with you rather than staying fixed to a job description.
